5 axis machining, Forging centering for machining, tool accessibility is very critical, L/D ratio of tools is more than 6-8, Thin walled sections with very close absolute tolerance of 0.5 thou/12 Microns and positional tolerances of 1 thou/25 Microns. 4 axis machining part having profile at one face, critical fillet radiuses and thin (0.62in/1.6 mm) walled sections and the surface flatness 2-4 thou for 14 in length part size.
